The App stores your high score locally on your device. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us or any third party.

Gem Merge displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob, a service operated by Google LLC. To deliver and personalize ads, AdMob and its partners may collect and process certain information automatically, including but not limited to:

• Advertising identifiers (such as your device's Android Advertising ID)
• Device information (device model, operating system version)
• General location information (derived from IP address, not precise GPS location)
• App usage and interaction data related to ads (e.g. ad impressions, clicks)

Your locally stored high score remains on your device until you uninstall the App or clear its data. We do not retain any server-side copy of this information, as we do not operate a backend server for this App.

You can limit ad tracking at any time via your device's system settings (Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization on most Android devices, or the equivalent "Limit Ad Tracking"/"Allow Apps to Request to Track" setting on iOS).
